AZ Child Support Order Question

We just received our first "self-service" request from Arizona for verification of income in a child support case. It appears that a former spouse of a current employee is using this form in order to acquire information on the employee's current wages. Generally, we do not release information on our employees unless it is an "official" agency request (wage garnishment, DOD investigation, etc.), a subpoena, or an employee's written request. My records manager is asking if this is legit. From what I can see on the AZ Superior Court web site, it LOOKS legit -- but, we are hesitant to release employee information without something that looks "official." Arizona forumites - do you get these often, and are they in fact, legit?

Curious to see what Leslie finds - thanks for looking, Leslie!
The way we understand it the ex-spouse should have sent that self service claim to AZ DCSE. What it is intended to do is cut out some of the legal action and time frames. Then they would be the ones to send an official document to you. We had an ex-employee try to present one on his ex-spouse who still worked here. We sent him packing.
In any event, your welcome!
