How long do we need to retain benefits backup data; i.e, monthly insurance billings and payment info, lists of covered employees, benefits enrollment data(terminated employees)? (We already know about COBRA and pension data records retention, but there are hard files full of all kinds of other benefits information, and we are running out of space!)
