HRIS For small group

I need to get some sotware that will allow me to have a data base for about 40 International employees. They are all in different countries. I do not want to pay a fortune. just looking for a package to keep personal data, salary data and tracking, job history, etc. Would be nice to have one that converted currency. Any Suggestions?

    I keep track of my employees (200 manufacturing salaried and hourly) in Microsoft Access. It doesn't convert currency however (I don't think). I have a database of current employees that I use to prepare our yearly Affirmative Action Plan and it works very well. I have been using this program since the late 90's. I've looked into HRIS software but the cost is prohibitive for our small company and Access seems to work for me just fine. It is very user friendly.

    For our small group we use Knowledge Point's People Manager, very inexpensive (under $100) It doesn't convert currency though.
