A wise friend, who happens to be a carpenter, says "people do what they want to do." Meaning, if you want to do something, you will make sure it gets done. If you don't want to do something, then you will procrastinate or worse. The trick is to motivate ourselves to do the things we don't want to do and in a timely manner.
