Giving a training on proper documentation, does anyone have any information, booklets, PowerPoint presentations, websites that they would like to share. I would really appreciate it. You can fax the information to 972-692-1023.

It might be helpful to know what type of documentation. .clincal records? Injury reports? etc.

Sorry I should have explained further. Documentation as it relates to supervisory notes, performance reviews, things of that nature.
