We would like to attract seasoned applicants and retirees for open positions. Is it legal to advertise for retirees and/or "mature" people? Any suggestions?

I know that our Sunday paper here frowns on the use of such terms as "mature" or "10-20 years' experience," "recent college grad" or anything that could smack of age discrimination (in either direction).
