Mine is simple....don't drive while on the cell phone. If you get a call...don't answer it until you've pulled off the road and stopped.

Although, most don't abide by it...and it's pretty impossible to enforce.

Ours reads:

Using a hand-held mobile phone on company time while driving (private or company owned vehicle) is strictly prohibited. If company business requires the use of a mobile phone, the employee will maintain his/her phone on inactive status while driving to receive voice-mail messages only. A hands-free device is not permitted. Cellular phones may only be used while an employee is in the vehicle if he/she has pulled off the roadway to a safe, non-hazardous location.
