does anyone have a policy on cell phone use while driving. We need one and I thought maybe someone here in this forum could help me!

Although, most don't abide by it...and it's pretty impossible to enforce.
Using a hand-held mobile phone on company time while driving (private or company owned vehicle) is strictly prohibited. If company business requires the use of a mobile phone, the employee will maintain his/her phone on inactive status while driving to receive voice-mail messages only. A hands-free device is not permitted. Cellular phones may only be used while an employee is in the vehicle if he/she has pulled off the roadway to a safe, non-hazardous location.
