Conflict Res Seminar for Creative Talent?

One of my project directors has just won a project that requires the hiring of an extremely talented, extremely creative, and extremely difficult person (co author of the proposal and co-creator of the product).
She's scared to death and I don't blame her. She's going to need a lot of support. I know, why are we doing this? Don't even ask, I've asked those questions myself.
Someone mentioned to her that they'd seen a seminar on Conflict Resolution for Managers of Creative People or something like that. I've seen the generic conflict resolution seminars (with names like "How to Deal with Difficult People"), but I've also taken them and those won't cut it.
Does anyone know of a seminar like the one she needs? I know i can pay big buck to get her personal coaching, but want to try to find this solution first.
Thanks.

Sorry I can't offer a more "economical" tip for you, but I think you would be wasting even more money on the quick fix.
