Does anyone have a copy of the EEOC Compliance Manual? An employee is asking a question that refers to Section VI of this manual. I went on-line, but it is not available. We are offering an early retirement incentive, and the employee refers to the EEOC Complaince Manual of 10/3/00 concerning Early Retirement and "Defenses to Unequal Benefits" of Section VI. Can someone help me!

I think your employee is talking about Section VI of Chapter III. It seems to address the area of concern. Here's a link:
