  • We now subscribe to AT&T's Language Line Services, and it allows us to access multiple language translation services for both in-office discussions 9using speakerphones) and telephone conversations. It works beautifully, allowing almost instantaneous access to a qualified translator of almost any language. Highy recommend this one. You can call them at 1-800-874-9426.


  • We translated all of our documents into Spanish, and limit our workers to speak either Spanish or English well. We have all of our communications in Spanish as well as English. We hired a Human Resources Generalist who helps with communication and translations. We also encourage and hire bilingual Team Leaders and Supervisors.
